How to make a Return/exchange?

  • No refunds or exchanges are allowed once a product has been opened and used due to hygiene reasons.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects in the product.
  • 'Hair Towels' are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
  • Returns due to damage to the packaging or the gifting canister during transit will not be accepted.
  • Return claims must be made within 2 days of product delivery.
  • You may be required to provide images of the received product for verification.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Doctor Safe Towel Factory Warehouse.
  • Please use the original packaging when returning a product.
  • You may choose your preferred carrier, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured delivery service. Retain the tracking number for reference.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Retain a copy of the Return Authorization Form for your records.
  • Once the package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process the return/exchange if the product qualifies.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
