Delivery Charges & Timelines

  • Shipping costs are based on your order's weight, size, and destination pincode.
  • Product prices include forward shipping charges only. Return shipping costs will apply as per our return policy.
  • Most domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days (Monday-Saturday).

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • We utilize Shiprocket and R.K. Courier for deliveries across India.
  • Delivery partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package.
    • Please note: Additional charges will apply for deliveries after the 3rd attempt.

Delivery Tips

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • A valid mobile number you can be reached at.
  • Your complete shipping address, including the pin code.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon arrival, kindly make a video and send it to us at email.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Once your order ships, operational limitations prevent further cancellations and modifications.
